Trailer For The Film ‘Burning The Future: Coal in America’
A trailer of the upcoming film, Burning the Future. The film takes a hard look at the environmental and human effects of strip mining coal in the US. I just watched it and while I cannot wait to see the entire film, it made me sick to my stomach that this goes on in so many places around the country and globe. Take a look at the trailer:
Pass it on to everyone you know.

Coal is really bad news for us, especially those of us living in the Northeast.
I could not look at the trailer…for a long time, i’ve had “environmental fatigue,” and when i read about all the world’s environmental problems, it really depresses me. It’s the same thing when i see a dead animal on the road that’s been hit by a car; i have to avert my eyes or the memory of what i’ve seen will haunt me for days. I guess i am ignoring the problem, partly to preserve my own sanity. However, when i die, all my money will go to environmental groups, so i am trying to do what i can.
