There were increase in certain minerals and all the positive increases were in organic foods. NITROGEN was the only product that commercial grown crops were higher in..hmmm wonder if the pesticides had something to do with that?

		<description>I don&#039;t think it&#039;s an alll or nothing choice. Practically speaking, most families can&#039;t afford to eat 100% food, so we must make choices.

I go by the list put out by, oh, gosh, forgot which group, but they rank the top 10 worst fruits and veggies by how much they&#039;re sprayed. They also rank produce that are sprayed the least.

So I always buy these organic: strawberries, tangerines, celery, bell peppers, cherries, apples, pears and all the others on the first list.</description>
