		<description>Train travel rocks.  It&#039;s a shame it has not been promoted (or kept up) in the U.S.  Such is the lobbying power of the big 3 car companies - they buried streetcars and electric vehicles, too.  Karma coming.</description>

		<description>Thank you for that detailed explanation. I have always wondered the same thing myself.  Though we can take Amtrak across the country, it would take much longer than I actually have time for. I hope I am able to see high-speed rail in the US in my lifetime!</description>
