I love love love to cook! I would have to say that I eat everything, but more often than not, I seem to lean towards vegetarian options. There’s just so much flavor…this book sounds great! I think it could expand my knowledge and shine a light on more cullinary experimentations. What a great give away! Best of luck to all interested

As a two time, breast cancer survivor I am trying to integrate more vegetarian meals, and live a more healthier lifestyle overall. I’m anxious to try and learn how to cook a variety of healthier meals. This cookbook would be a welcome addition to our kitchen. Thank you so much for all you do.

I’m not a vegetarian, but I am a mommy. My little one will be ready for real food soon enough and I’d love to have some fun, kid friendly options around our house that promote eating more veggies!

though we are still omnivores (we get our meat from a local organic farmer), my girls (6) and (8) committed to do three vegetarian meals a week, for our health and the health of the planet.

so far we’ve been pretty inventive since they love veggies, but still sometimes it’s hard!
the book sounds great.
