You missed a biggie! Any job that doesn't involve driving to get to it - unless you're going to move close to your work so you can bike/walk/take transit of course.

Urban planning here in Vancouver has made a difference to the amount of driving by creating a live/work city where walking, biking and transit are the predominant in the downtown core. In 10 years the number of people driving (or taking a ride) to work has dropped 7%. 4% of that is people who now bike or walk (the rest is transit). This has had an impact on the obestity figures, with the leanest people in the province living downtown.

So also add to your list, transit operators, bike repair technicians, railway workers, and city engineers.
