		<description>I make mine in a flat box.  I simply cut strips of cardboard as deep as the box and then put them in cut side up until the box is full all the way across.  The cats love it!  

I get a few bits of carboard, but they end up the in the compost bin anyways.  

I also have a sisal scraching post I made from an old sisal rug and a poster tube, the cats love it and the sisal that scratches off goes into the compost as well.</description>
