I agree, but part of me wishes they would build places like this in smaller, more needy cities and towns to see how they can work. Florida certainly doesn’t need more development!

yea pretty much most of S FL is gone but if they’re going to destroy it, best to be green than non green. I remember 23 yrs ago when I got here A LOT A LOT of things weren’t here now houses go all way out to the Everglades…sad but so many move to FL…why? is beyond me! I’d like to get out! lol
so guess I’m saying if they’re going to destroy (which is envitable) then best to do green community than the metropolitan nonsense I live in.

I agree Rene; I mean, Florida certainly doesn’t have enough housing and ruined wetlands, right?

In response to Rene…if it’s not greenwashing then I’d prefer green building/green community than the nonsense condo/new home developing they’re doing in SE FL that’s taking over every inch of land there is and not being done in any green aspects at all.
