And so ends my week at the house alone, as I am heading to the airport to pick up my wife – glad she is coming home though! I didn’t do any projects, but I did spend a lot of time at the animal shelter walking my favorite dog Iggy. If only the cat wouldn’t mind a big 2 year old dog coming to live with us! On to some news…

PLEASE make sure you are registered to vote. Luckily, Dave over at The Greeniest has a list of online voter registration information for all 50 states. This is one incredibly important election and you need to get involved and make sure your vote counts.

In the small town of La Plata, Missouri, something of a revolution is beginning. Having lived in Los Angeles for 13 years, I can tell you – it’s bad down there and I am glad something is being done.

Seventh Generation has launched a mobile application that allows people to look up definitions of common household cleaning chemicals as they shop. This could come in very handy…

My friend Allie over at Allie’s Answers gets credit where credit is due…turns out that Good Morning America had taken her exact recipe for “make it yourself” cat litter and used it on air without giving her credit – but they have now credited her and I am sure she will go on to become world famous. :-)

That’s all for today, have a great weekend!
