Learn Just How Dirty You Are…Your Footprint, That Is.
Well I guess I thought we were a pretty clean family for living in Los Angeles…but according to the calculator at Zerofootprint Toronto, my wife and I emit 9.5 tons of CO2 each year. And that’s for two people who live in an apartment, share a Mini, and barely ever eat meat. Now imagine the average family…yikes! I took the “1-minute calculator” test so I am sure that we would score lower if I took the whole test for the 2 of us, but I only had a few minutes. I do plan on going back in and taking the whole thing this weekend, so we shall see if I can get that number down any lower. If you want to give it a shot, check out Zerofootprint Toronto. Thanks for Green Daily for pointing the test out, I love taking these to see how they vary from test to test.
