Good Human Tip Of The Week – Use Refillable Pens.
Instead of buying big packages of throwaway pens, buy yourself a few refillable pens and some ink refills. Doing so will not only save you money in the long run, but it will also keep those plastic Bic pens from sitting in a landfill somewhere. Imagine if everyone did this!

Is there a way to recycle plastic “throwaway” pens that we already do have? I haven’t been able to find anyplace that will do this.
Thanks!
Hi Ryan
In my city, you can throw them in with your regular plastic recycling, but that might not be the same in your town. It’s probably best to call the recycling center and just ask them…hopefully they will take them!
