Good Human Tip Of The Week – Remove The Caps From The Bottles!
Before throwing your recycling in the big bin, be sure to remove the caps and throw them in the trash. Most caps from jars and bottles are not recyclable, so when the recycling center comes across them during sorting, they usually just throw the entire thing (bottle and cap) into the trash bin instead. So be sure to remove the caps from your recyclables so we can keep them out of the landfill!
