clean_air_show.jpg

This coming weekend in South Pasadena is the Clean Air Car Show and Film Festival featuring:

* Over 20 state-of-the-art and next-generation technology vehicles, many of which are already commercially available.

* Free movies shown on the big screen in the historic Rialto Theatre, including “Who Killed the Electric Car?” and “An Inconvenient Truth.”

* Information exhibits from environmental, health, energy, automotive and transportation organizations.

* Mini-seminars on topics like climate change, harmful effects of vehicle emissions on people and pets, tax incentives for alternative fuels, and mass transit options.

* Visits from local dignitaries, elected officials, and community leaders.

If you live in Southern California, be sure to try to get over there. Its Sunday the 22nd from 11am to 6pm, and it easily accessible from the Metro Gold Line, which is how we plan on getting there. I have the .PDF of the event available here for download. Enjoy and try to make it!
