Top Ten Books About The Environment That You Should Own.

Looking through my bookcase the other day, I realized that I have a ton of books about the environment and being green…which I suppose I should if I am maintaining this website! Anyways, I thought I would pick out 10 of my favorite books that I refer to all the time and list them here for you in case you were wondering where to start in learning more about helping the environment. If you do end up shopping for a book, I very highly recommend both Cradle to Cradle (one of my favorites that I have read a few times) and WorldChanging (it has a place right on our coffee table). I know there are tons of books out there on these subjects, which can make choosing a select few a daunting task…hope this helps!

I’m not real sure about a list of green books that doesn’t include Paul Hawken. :) I’d have to put The Ecology of Commerce on here, it’s brilliant and approachable. That said, I realize it’s your list of green books, so that’s okay.
