This week’s Carnival of the Green is hosted over at Sustainablog, and even though it’s a holiday weekend here in the U.S., you should take some time to check out the posts. My post about using the ethics of ethanol as fuel was included, and here are some of my favorites from this week:

EcoStreet tells us 10 ways to reduce our food miles…meaning how far our food travels and how far we go to get it.

Highlight Health talks about how burning ethanol won’t make for a cleaner environment. Just another reason that ethanol might not be the future that people want it to be.
