EPA Chief Says Bush Climate Policy Is Working Wonders.

And then I started laughing thinking it was a headline from the onion or something…but it wasn’t. Not even close. The real head of the EPA, Stephen Johnson, said that Bush’s policies on climate control were working because greenhouse gases were UP 1% instead of being up even more. Whoa there, bubs, an increase in greenhouse gases does not a success make, Mr. Scientist. That is just so very sad, when the EPA, the people that are actually called the Environmental Protection Agency, are screwing around and spinning this information to try to make it look good. Does it surprise me? Nothing surprises me when it comes to Bush and his cronies. Well maybe this from AP news:
“The Bush administration’s unparalleled financial, international and domestic commitment to reducing greenhouse gas emissions is delivering real results,” Johnson proclaimed in a statement.
Yea for us! Yea for George!
Disgusting. And you know what? At the same time they are saying this, carbon dioxide emissions from power plants has increased by 2.8 percent in 2005. The size of the cajones on these guys…
