What Can Be Recycled And What Cannot – A Guide.

I know this site is from Los Angeles, but plastic is plastic and aluminum is aluminum, so the facts remain the same. Some things can be recycled and some things cannot, and sometimes it is hard to tell the different plastics apart or to know what kind of paper you should throw in the bin out back. The LADPW has a handy dandy chart that explains all those different numbers on the back of your Cheetos and lets you know what they can recycle.

As mentioned, I know it is for LA, but just learning what is in each kind of plastic can come in handy.
