Um, Why Is It Warmer Everywhere Else Other Than L.A.?

Can anyone explain this to me, in March?

Boston: 60 degrees
Chicago: 61 degrees
Ohio: 75 degrees
Los Angeles: 56 degrees

Weird, no? For March?
