Bush Declares End To Spanish-American War; We Win And Get Our Taxes Back!
Did you hear? The Spanish-American War is over, and the 3% tax on our phone bill is finally going to be removed. Can you believe we have been paying this tax for over 100 years to support the war? The Treasury is set to return about $15 Billion of the money to us on next years tax return; I’m sure the phone companies are thrilled..
